It will be a scrimmage-based game, but there will be lots of special teams thrown into the mix too.The Eastern Washington University football team will conclude its third week of spring practice with the annual Red-White Spring Game this Saturday at 2 p.m. at Roos Field, helping bring to an end “Eagle Week” in Cheney, Wash. The game will be broadcast on SWX, with Larry Weir providing the play-by-play.
