Cody Hecker – one of 20 departing seniors for the Eastern Washington University football team – won the team’s Special Teams Player of the Year honor at Saturday’s (Jan. 24) annual Eastern Washington University Awards Banquet at the Pence Union Building on the EWU campus in Cheney, Wash.
