There's no reason for him to go to a FCS school imo. I have to believe he'll be given an opportunity to start somewhere. Temple need a QB......

Well Richmond does seem to have cornered the market on QB transfers from VA. This one is a little different in that he could go to another FBS school without sitting out a year as long as that school had a graduate program not available at VA.
