Eastern junior wide receiver/kickoff returner Shaq Hill has received ROOT SPORTS Special Teams Player of the Week honors from the Big Sky Conference after having a 90-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in EWU’s 56-34 title-clinching win at Portland State on Nov. 21.
