It is a shame regionalization exists, would love a Valley team to get Bethune in round 1. They would roll up 300-400 yards on the ground, just think what Zenner or Johnson would do to them.

That said I have been somewhat impressed in the past, I do remember SC State giving some good SoCon teams tough games. Also I can remember Hampton having some decent teams when NDSU joined the FCS 8-10 years ago.

A&T is a more complete offense then BCU and SCSU(starting QB didnt play in their meeting). There is a hope in MEAC land that A&T sneaks in, we think they may have a shot at a first round upset.

Last year it might have been enough but this year the bubble seems stronger.

Seemed strong about this time last year too. Then as it's done year after year, things go crazy!

But um to remind folks, Said August 24th.

With a favorable schedule avoiding troublesome Norfolk and Bethune-Cookman; and playing SCSU in a neutral game and hosting wildcards Morgan St, and FAMU; I predict the Aggies will finish 10-2 (7-1) and win a share of the MEAC title.

Weak FBS win vs. unimpressive resume otherwise (no good FCS wins, loss to Hampton, near loss to a DII).

Maynor is arguably the best QB to play for A&T. He's a fiery dude. Also, I would expect Norfolk State to beat SC State so if A&T beats Savannah State Saturday, the Aggie/Eagle would be for the conference title, as it should be every year.

Not sure what the coaches are thinking with pass formations at goal to go at the 2. JMU snaps the ball over Vad Lee for a 24 yard loss.

I don't remember names, but a lot of folks were calling that one. I'm pulling for the Aggies to get the auto.

The last time the Aggies made the tournament field was also the last time the SoCon had one team in the playoffs (2003, Wofford). Wofford beat NCAT in the first round of the playoffs, with Mr. C in the house.

Aggies sitting in #1 spot....I think you all will get your wish. MEAC could be a 1-bid league. Hopefully My Aggies win next week at Central.....damn birds

I've had NCAT ranked No. 1 in the HBCU poll I vote in for several weeks. Just surprised at SCSU and B-CU.

I really thought wiu would be better this year. Still picked then to finish where they will, but really thought they'd just be better

Western Illinois is still paying back the bad karma it created for how it treated ex-coach Don Patterson.
