Proud of Samford Safety Jaquiski Tartt who has been selected to play in his home town of Mobile AL. IMO, we have had a few others who deserved to play in this event, but FCS is not very popular with these committees. Tartt will graduate in December. He is also projected to be a mid-round NFL draft selection. Interesting story in al.com.

Phil Savage has put more FCS players in the game the last few years than the previous director would. No surprise he got in. There will be at least 7-9 FCS players this year.
