Weber State: Emmett Tela named to Jerry Rice Award Watch List

Weber State football freshman linebacker Emmett Tela has been named to the initial Watch List for the 2014 Jerry Rice Award, which honors the FCS National Freshman of the Year. The initial Watch List was released Wednesday by The Sports Network.
