I think Weber beats Eastern, rather handily, especially in Ogden.

I also think there's a chance PSU beats NAU, even in the dome.

I really think that if Montana State doesn't get in, that either Portland State or NAU might get the nod as the second team in the Big Sky for the playoffs. Both Portland State and NAU played a ton of I-A teams this year and are much better than their overall records would indicate.

Overall records count, though. We'll see...

If the Gateway conference or Atlantic-10 falls apart, I could see three teams from the Big Sky getting in: Montana, Montana State and the NAU/Portland State winner.

It would do wonders for a multi-bid conference in the Big Sky if Cal Poly lost to Montana, of course.

I agree. I'll be suprised if UNC can score 14 points on MSU. Maybe two blocked punts for TD's?

NAU would only have 6 wins againist Division I teams if they win out. The scheduling of multiple I-A teams coupled with playing a division II team is a playoff killer.

Bumping this up for all you who made predictions.

But there's another reason, too. When I joined, there were TONS of EWU helmets around here posting. Are they THAT fairweather?

Catbob, you were right on the money with the MSU-UNC score. If it wasn't for that HORRIBLE call in the end zone by the mentally retarded backjudge, we would have had 7 there. Not to mention the other numberous plays that could have accounted for the other 7 (i.e. Rolovich being a dumbass).

It would certainly appear that way.

Not bad. 4 out of 5.

Not "fair weather" but "frustrated". My hat is off to Weber State, they came out the second half and out played the Eagles. This EWU team has shown signs of good things to come but Saturday's second half was not one of them. Hopefully we can end the seaon on a positive note and beat the Bengals at home. Go Eagles!!!

What's that saying....if if's and but's were .....

So, he WASN'T right on the money...it was a referee conspiracy. ;)
