Maine: Support the Alfond Challenge Today - Captains Named for 2014 Challenge

ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine athletic department is once again raising funds for the Alfond Challenge. This year, the University of Maine has named three captains for the Alfond Challenge. The Harold Alfond Foundation will match gifts to UMaine football on a 1:1 basis up to a total of $250,000 if specific terms and conditions are met. The program is counting on generous alumni and friends to help us meet this challenge. Your gift can help us meet a variety of needs, including expenses related to recruitment, team travel, and equipment.
