Interesting, when did this "Shuffle" actually happen, I wonder? Both Monmouth and Duquesne have each other on their skeds for 9/20......

SHEESH! I guess the daughter made her decision as a Freudian protest against her father after all those years. It's me of your football coaching job! I bet $1 million that there was some tacit acknowledgement between father/daughter that the game could be moved... he's the AD!

A) The daughter would know better

B) The daughter would be out of the family

C) The wedding would be at the game tailgate

1) youre an idiot
2) you seriously think someone would destroy their family over a football game and one of the seminal (sp?) moments in a child's life?
3) How lame would that be?

At the same time, the odds of his daughters marriage working out is about the same as Wagner's chance to win....50/50...

My wife was smart. She arranged our wedding to be on a bye week. As was the birth of our son.

Was your son born on the weekend of a Lafayette victory?

It sounds like it wasn't just a bye week but a weekend too.

My wife tried hard. Really, she did.

But the best she could do was schedule our wedding on the weekend of a nonconference game.

I thought I had the birth of my daughter about perfect. September 12 on a weekend when NDSU played incarnate word at home. What I didn't realize was that espn would be throwing a party for us just down the street from the hospital we were staying in. That was nice of them.
