Going to nominate EIU @ Illinois State as it's one of the oldest and more heated rivalries in all of FCS. Should be a great barometer of how the Redbirds season will go. REALLY looking forward to the Panthers vs. the Redbirds as it should be a real battle.

Plus UCA played 6 freshman DBs and defenders against Texas Tech due to injuries...and still held with them. Guess that's why that lead diminished before half.

I'd definitely go with this game above the other choice. Joe Glenn already went back to Montana a couple of seasons ago, and this will be the third time in three years these two teams have played. Sure, Montana is ranked high, but South Dakota has won just a handful of games the last two seasons. South Dakota vs. Montana was more special in 2012. I think you gotta go with UCA vs. MSU instead. This could be a game to look back on when discussing both teams' potential playoff status come November. Maybe neither will be in the picture, but I consider them both more likely than South Dakota. Just my two cents.

Between those two games, I'm with ya. Although I'm not sure Montana State is going to be much better than South Dakota this year. We shall see...

I know a couple years back one of the guys running it put up sometimes four teams or so and I said "enough" on that becasue it was not how it was intended to run in the first place...like a playoff. That ended already paward, sorry I should have put that in the post announcing the Poll.

These open Mondays right around the time the poll closes and stay open roughly two days for nominations/seconds and then on Wednesdays around Noon Mountain they transform into a Poll to vote on the two top vote getters. Just think of it as a very, very fast election cycle.
