BALTIMORE, Md. -- The Maryland State Athletic Hall of Fame will be inducting Earl Banks who was a legendary football coach while at Morgan State and served as the Athletic Director from 1960 through 1973. He was also in 1982 enshrined in the College Football Hall of Fame. This year's event will be held on November 13, 2014 in Baltimore, Md.
