Portland State opened its fall football camp on Sunday afternoon, marking the first collegiate team in the state to begin workouts. The Vikings look to improve on their 6-6 season of 2013, move up in the Big Sky Conference standings and contend for only the second NCAA I FCS playoff berth in the program's history.
