I missed most of the first half, but it doesn't sound like either team is playing defense. 21-21 at the half.

according to Ralphs posts it was 21-7 Towson with 2 mins left in the half im wondering what happened.

Delaware scored a TD with about 1:45 left in the half. Towson went three and out and punted the ball back to Delaware with 50 seconds left. From about mid-field the Hens drove right down the field and scored again.

Delaware is driving to open up the second half. Both teams are closing in on 300 yrds offense already. :eek:

A no smack comment: I still have the tape of the Hens 40-0 win over Colgate. Remember how Delaware's defense just killed everybody in the playoffs that year?

Looks like the Hens need a major rebuilding job on defense...

Schaefer has to get some credit here though..

27-37 for 435 yard, 5 TDs and no INTs! The kid is a star in the making...if not already. :bow:

Looks like the Hens need a major rebuilding job on defense...

the current UD defensive line is shocking devoid of talent... the weakest as a group that I have ever seen and I've seen alot. The UD offense is strong... but not strong enough to overcome a tissue thin defense.

KC is on the seat of heat. He has no defense at all it seems. Offense looks quite capable however.

Congrats to the Tigers! Schaefer played a monster game...should be offensive player of the week IMO...at least for the A10. I thought Towson was posed for a solid year, and if anything you're exceeding all expectations. Looking forward to the TU/JMU matchup, and JMU better be ready or you'll hand us our hats with our heads still in them!

Looks like Towson is feeling at home in the A-10 already. ;)

Yeah, they have really stamped themselves as an up and coming FB program. I'm happy for Gordon Combs. He really has devoted his life to Towson football.
