Word out of Spartanburg is that Jerry Richardson is willing to bankroll Wofford to FBS. The transition would start on April 1,2016. The Terriers look to be independent for the foreseeable future but, that should change once the terriers make Panther Stadium in Charlotte their official stadium on Saturdays. Said Richardson, "it's time to put a true underdog on the national stage where all of America can appreciate the terrier spirit."
