I don't know if it's been mentioned here, but Ryan Coogler (Sac St. WR from 2004-07) is currently getting ready to write and direct the Rocky franchise sort-of-spinoff film "Creed." It focuses on the relationship between Rocky and Apollo Creed's grandson, with Rocky now in the trainer role Mickey once had with him. Sylvester Stallone will of course be starring as Rocky, and Michael B. Jordan will likely be playing the grandson. Coogler previously directed "Fruitvale Station." Way to represent FCS in the world outside of football xthumbsupx
