As has been pointed out ad nauseam Finley stadium is not owned or operated by UTC so they could sell beer if they wanted. However they wont go forward without UTC's approval apparently. Any other venues not owned by schools that sell beer during FCS games?

If ever a stadium needed beer sales in the past, it was at Finley. Now they have a product on the field that doesn't require massive alcohol consumption to watch...........really poor timing. :D

Welcome to the club! UND has three full bars out in the concourse, besides the 10 beer carts setup around concourse.

And the fans drank every drop of alcohol they could to try and suffer through the games. :(

I believe that there will be beer at Lehigh-Lafayette in Yankee Stadium this year.

Not exactly the answer to your question, but our stadium is school owned and on campus, and we sell beer.

Of course, they already sell beer at Mocs games...always have. You can buy it in the Stadium Club (which is open to the public) and it is available in the skyboxes. It is also readily available in the pavilion (adjacent to the stadium) during pre-game.

All this does it make possible to take the beer outside of the Stadium Club (which honestly, is not hard to do anyway...put it in a cup, be discrete and walk right out) and in more area's to make access easier to fans in the stands (especially those on the North side stands).

The idea is to have a beer carts on the pavilion end of the stadium and and no alcohol "family friendly" sections on the opposite end of the field. Makes everyone happy and increases revenue for stadium so they can replace the turf and the video/scoreboard in the next two years.

This is already being done during Chattanooga Football Club matches at Finley during the summer with no issues. http://www.chattanoogafc.com/

Delaware Stadium sells beer at games. Dogfish Head and 16 Mile are the two brands carried. A picture of a Dogfish 60 Minute IPA in my hand at my season seat:

Dogfish Head at games??? I would buy season tickets for that alone. And I'm not even a Hens fan.

Albany has a beer garden in the new stadium. A really nice touch actually that has a pretty darn good view as well.
