Mankato native Phillip Nelson is transferring from Minnesota.

Any rumors as to which FCS program he might go to?

I would say UND, but I think Bubba wants to focus more on the running game, still wouldn't be a bad get. But as he is looking for a pass happy team UND isn't the one.

Phillip Nelson publicly stated he would be leaving the Golden Gophers so that he can go to a school that better can use his abilities.

He wants to Chuck the pigskin more. Eiu anyone?
