Lamar junior Kevin Johnson has been named College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) National Punt Returner of the Year announced CFPA Executive Director Brad Smith Thursday morning. The honor comes following the 2012 campaign where Johnson was named the Southland Conference Newcomer of the Year.
