VERMILLION, S.D.--South Dakota senior linebacker Tyler Starr finished ninth in the Buck Buchanan Award voting announced Monday by The Sports Network. Starr (Little Rock, Iowa/George-Little Rock HS) was one of 20 finalists for the award, which honors the top defensive player in FCS.
