I have a hard time rooting for a program that the fan base doesn't support. And they're a very sorry excuse for a football program and the fans just finally realized it this season. It's also pretty glaring that they were competitive in most of their Sunbelt conference games this season xrotatehx

They are America's league. A conference of teams that got lost in the mighty FBS.

Fake GSU is now 10-34 (.227) as a program. They have won less games in the last four than NDSU has won in any of the last three before the playoffs (they won nine total four years ago, which is still nine more than fake GSU wins this year).

But the most telling part, for me, is that ESPN does not include the ranking of GSU versus the rest of FBS when you visit their page - http://espn.go.com/college-football/team/_/id/2247/georgia-state-panthers . Click on any other team in their conference and you'll see how their offense/defense ranks in FBS. But ESPN has seen to it to mercifully not include that on the Panthers page.

On a positive note from ESPN, visiting the Panthers' page quickly gives you all of the Bottom 10 posts this year in the newsfeed, which are always good for a schadenfreude laugh or two.

ACU opens against Georgia State next year. Several Panther fans on their 247 board have said if they lose to us, they might as well just drop football. We would love to help them make this decision, after we collect our 200k check, of course.

Arizona State fans are proud of the fact that their one-sided W over Southern Cal resulted firing the SC coach. We have a chance to top that.....how many schools can boast that they killed off an entire program?
