Good Luck to SoCon teams in playoffs

I will miss the excitement of the FCS playoffs. It seems strange knowing that today was the end of our season. Of course it was a great win over Florida but for most of the last 25 plus years we have been waiting on the playoff pairings that will come out tomorrow.

For Furman and hopefully Chattanooga and Samford I hope tomorrow is as exciting to you. I wish all of our former conference mates the best luck in the playoffs.

I think there is actually a good chance, with Samford being a near-lock and UTC being right on the bubble. A ton of bubble teams lost today and shifted things in favor of the SoCon at-large candidates.

Samford will likely face Jacksonville State in the first round.
