I'm wondering what Delaware or JAX St. have to do to pass a Wofford team that hasn't beaten anybody?

If W&M manages to beat Towson, do we move to #19?

The Tribe has won three consecutive games, convincingly btw all 10 points or more, over ranked teams and still just scrapes in at #20.
