Going up against the nation's fourth-ranked run defense, Saint Francis U's Kyle Harbridge did what he does best, rushing 25 times for 190 yards in a 24-10 win over Sacred Heart on Saturday to earn NEC Offensive Player of the Week honors* Harbridge, who is the FCS leader in rushing average at 173.7 ypg, helped the Red Flash even their NEC record at 1-1 in an extremely tight NEC standings where one game separates the top six teams.* Bryant's Sebastian Amedee picked off two passes in a 42-14 win over Duquesne to pick up Defensive honors, while Robert Morris return specialist Antwan Eddie rang up 99 yards on punt returns in the Colonials' 17-13 road win at Wagner to claim the Special Teams award.* Teammate Marcus Prather earned NEC Rookie of the Week accolades after he threw his first two career TD passes, including the go-ahead score late in the contest.
