JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Oct. 22, 2013) – The ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced Tuesday that head football coach Carl Torbush will be joined by ETSU President Dr. Brian Noland and consultant Phillip Fulmer at a special “meet and greet” on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. until noon inside the ETSU/MSHA Athletic Center’s east auxiliary gym.
