Nice bounce-back season so far for Buddy Pough. Lost to NCCU 40-10 last year.

My Opinion

SC State needs to finish the rest of the way undefeated... which is possible, but they have to go through Bethune Cookman to do it.

Bethune Cookman could lose to SC State, go 10-2 for the season, and still make the Playoffs with their FBS victory over Florida International.

SC State, if the Bulldogs finish 9-3 with loses to FBS Clemson, FCS top ten Coastal, and FCS Top 25 Bethune Cookman; still have a legit case, but the Bulldogs' victory over DII Benedict, turns that 9-3 into a true 8-3 record... which hurts.

Having both SC State and Bethune Cookman at 10-2 at the end of the season, would pretty much assure that "Steat" and B-CU both make the playoffs.

Man they kicked our arse. I predicted 7-5 this season, because im unsure of our QB play. SCSU exposed us for real.

I'm still not sure what happened as I thought the game would be much closer. The dogs played like a championship team looking to get their mojo back. We even kept the playbook vanilla to keep BCC on their toes.

Everything starts upfront. We fired our OL & OC who really should have never even been working at our program. Their tenure started the demise as we've always had talent & recruited well.

Great time for a bye week to get healthy and get ready for a trip to Daytona.
