New attendence record in Brookings, SD to see the Dakota Marker. 16,498 saw the Bison stop the Jacks home win streak at 9. This surpassed the previous record of 16,345 from the Dakota Marker game of 2007.

xthumbsupxxthumbsupxThank you, bulldog!

17,256 at Harvard to witness the Crimson's 41-23 comeback thumping of Brown under the lights.

Will almost certainly be Harvard's largest home crowd this year.

and yall cheated off in providing tickets. lol. congrats on the new record though. Mumford only holds 28k seats, right?!

but if you checkout the JSU halftime show, you can clearly hear JSU fans fulling the stadium with "Rock the House".

Will almost certainly be Harvard's largest home crowd this year.

If Dartmouth wins next week against Penn, there will be more than 20,000 at Harvard Stadium (assuming decent weather) on Nov. 2.

i know, i know. but still.... great atmosphere though. wasn't there, but i know it was intense. i wish there was a web-feed of this game at least. hearing it on the radio is one thing, seeing it is something else.

Want to bet? It's a 5 p.m. kickoff -- odd time for a "night game" -- and we have Princeton the week before. If Harvard loses to PU, the home crowd will drop some. And you guys have Yale the week before, right? I'm thinking more like 15K.

Game should be on TV for sure. Jackson State/Southern has been intertwined with my life. I was born two days before the 1976 game.

Hmmm... I do recall some guy predicting a 20K crowd for the Harvard-Dartmouth game in 2011 in Cambridge at the beginning of the season. Check this out:

The crowd didn't materialize because of the infamous 2011 snowstorm.

But are you calling that guy a moron??? xlolx

Of course not!:o

I've just been "schooled" by my previous high crowd expectations for Ivy games at Harvard that turned out to be much lower. Witness the 2011 Princeton and Penn games as well, where the home attendance was dismal. Just over 11,000 for each game, although we ran the Ivy table that year. Young alums and undergrads just don't turn out like they used to.

So I'm sticking with the 15K prediction for Dartmouth.:D

All things being equal, Dartmouth usually is a bigger draw for Harvard than Brown. Much depends on the weather and if Dartmouth is competitive. If the weather is decent and Dartmouth is still in the race, then I'm sure that we will beat 15K. Hopefully we will get a chance to find out if I'm right!!

Roger that. Dartmouth was a bigger draw than Brown in my day as well. And the female Dartmouth fans had fouler mouths than their dates!

Does anyone have the attendance for the Eastern Washington vs Sam Houston game? I think someone said it rained so that may have scared some off
