It was a fun season, the culmination of five years of mostly excellent football during which The Citadel won a league title and beat six I-A (now FBS) squads.

Dartmouth did ok in 1992 as well. 8-2 and an Ivy title. Only two games we lost were in rainstorms and Jay Fielder couldn't throw the ball that well.

Of the five games that Fielder lost in his Dartmouth career, four were in the rain.
