The game is on MASN and ESPN Plus. Rutgers up 14-0 early in the second quarter. Howard is actually playing pretty well offensively, but their defense is not playing as well. Howard is driving well. The commentator (Rutgers' former coach) just said "Howard's offense is playing Rutgers better than anyone else has this year." I guess the MEAC isn't as bad as y'all think it is.:rolleyes:
