Stupid question, well maybe not...

As we all know, ESPN pulled their name from the coaches poll the other day because the coaches won't agree to releasing their votes to the public every week. So now it's just the USA Today Coaches Poll.

Okay, that was for Div I-A. Are they doing the same for I-AA football?

ESPN pulled their name because they(Disney, ABC, ESPN) no longer have the BCS as their cash cow. Get ready for all ESPN folks to start pushing for a IA playoff now that they no longer need to protect the BCS cow. Thus my speculation is that ESPN will not pull their name from any other poll, football or other sport. :twocents:

You know, I can believe that. The difference between Div I-A football and all the other ESPN polls they put out is that the I-A poll has an impact on what happens in terms of BCS rankings. Div I-AA, basketball and whatever else, no impact on anything and no criticism...I concur with the above notion.
