That's why Barry Alvarez likes the directional schools in Michigan, Idaho, N Mexico St. for OOC games........they "count" in his brain.

It would probably be safer to schedule any of those schools than a top ten FCS... top ten FCS would dominate the bottom ten of FBS.

I haven't had a chance to read it all yet, but wasn't the NDSU/K-State game Friday night and the other games Saturday.

Edit: I'm not understanding the timeline between the games in the fifth paragraph for some reason. Where does the 1 hr, etc. come in.,

I think he meant...

1 hour [DAY], 17 hours, and approximately 42 minutes.

24+17+1=42

Didn't he used to cover the CAA?

It is a very nice article. Even if he meant 42 hours, I'm still not seeing it. What time did the first game start on Thursday and what time did the final FCS vs FBS end on Saturday. Seems like it should be 48+ to me.

It has been updated to read "54 hours of living hell". Which is what happens when you use a date/time calculator and put in 11 AM instead of 11 PM. Also, no sleep.

He failed to update at the end of the article.

Anybody else get fireworks after their FBS win? We got them in Florida. The first shot fired was blue, as in Geaux Blue ;)

I'm guessing there were no references to the USF Fan Bus after the game.

The bus Gif's below were posted in a string on their messageboard. They aren't a happy fanbase right now.

I don't think a .25 winning percentage qualifies as "hell for the FBS."

That third gif is extreme gangsta lean.
