I don't know how you would take any other running back but David Johnson! That guy is a beast. He did fumble on the 1 while going to put us up by 15, but he also scored all 4 TDs (2 rush 2 rec).

This was amazing! As expected the Panthers were unstoppable on offense, but the defense needs some work. Either way beating a Big XII is huge. Now we just need the Cyclones to beat Iowa, and we need to beat Drake and that sticker on the back of the helmet will be true!

It's fun to watch the ISU meltdown.


This was probably the most hyped ISU team in a decade, if not more. Their fans doing their typical "NO WAY A D2 CAN HANG" "WE WIN BY 80" bull ****. Now a lot of them are calling for and end to the series...


It's like they forget that it took a last second touchdown pass (the WR had his knee in by less than an inch) to win by 1 in 2011. 2010 we out-gained them by over 100 yards, but threw 2 pick 6's, yielding only 1 offensive TD but losing 27-0. 2007 we beat them by 11, and 2006 they lucked out as we missed a 51 yard field goal just a yard to the right as time expired to lose by 1.


Anyway, I thought I'd create a fun little chart to show that UNI has actually be better in almost every aspect of the series since 2006

Basically, what this proves (other than nothing really but fun speculation) is that UNI (as well as other top FCS programs) are equal to/greater than programs like Iowa State...meaning UNI/NDSU/Montana/ASU/GSU/etc... could (should in ASU/GSU cases) be a 5-6 win FBS team every year and make the ****ty bowl games with their current set up.

Imagine what having the resources of Iowa State would be like for our programs - 20 mil a year just in TV money.
