Samford's Pat Sullivan To Miss First Game

This is not unexpected news for us Samford folks, but it is still a BUMMER!!! Word is that Pat IS improving, but it's just not safe yet for him to be there. I'm sure that previous neck surgery, from when he battled throat cancer several years ago, made a speedy recovery impossible for his cervical fusion procedure. At any rate, prayers are being offered up for a soon recovery, and I solicit any here that would like to join us.
