Chris Smith, a wide receiver and one of the most explosive offensive talents in the Ivy League in 2011, has been named to the watch list of College Football Performance Awards for its 2013 kickoff returner award. Smith set a league record with two kick returns for touchdowns in a game as a junior but was not in school last year.
