Staten Island, NY - Fifth-year senior running back Dominique Williams (Bridgton, NJ/ Milford Academy) has become the first player in Wagner history to be voted a team captain for a third time and will be joined by redshirt juniors #Jarrett Dieudonne# (Fort Lauderdale, FL/ Dillard/ Purdue),* #David Fredrickson# (Staten Island, NY/ Poly Prep/Idaho St.), and #Yamir Ortiz# (Riverdale, NJ/ Pascack Valley), as captains of the 2013 Seahawks.
