BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—Phil Steele's College Football Preview released its preseason Division I-FCS All-America teams Tuesday, and three Samford players were included on the squads. Safety Jaquiski Tartt was named to the first team, wide receiver Kelsey Pope was named to the third team, and running back Fabian Truss was named to the fourth team as a kick returner.
