Weber was an all-league selection as a senior at Garnet Valley HS after helping the team to a pair of league championships. He was also part of an Eastern Pennsylvania championship squad during his sophomore year. Weber had 59.5 tackles, including 3.5 tackles for a loss and 1.5 sacks, during his senior year. He also forced and recovered a fumble, had nine quarterback hurries and blocked a kick. He was a state qualifier as a shot putter in track and field as a senior and won a league title in the event as a junior.
