Linebackers Sean Campbell (Middletown, N.J./Middletown South) and Dustin Wharton (LaVale, Md./Allegany) , quarterback Isaiah Kempf (Glendale, Calif./Bridgton Academy) and tight end Daniel Sprotte (Garden City, N.Y./Chaminade) were named captains for the 2013 season and Campbell becomes the 10th recipient of the prestigious Joe Eacobacci Memorial No. 35 jersey during the Georgetown University football team's annual banquet on Saturday afternoon.
