In a way I welcome this change. I hope we change the scheme up some defensively now. Fritz did a good job last year of replacing the OC, I have faith he will find a worthy replacement for Scott.

Sam will struggle to replace Stoker.

Tough timing. May need to promote from within to avoid a steep learning curve.
