For the fourth and final season, Fordham will not be eligible for the Patriot League title and its League games will not count towards the standings for either team. The ban stems from the Rams implementing athletic merit aid with the class entering in the fall of 2010, while the Patriot League did not permit merit aid until the most recent recruiting classes in the fall of 2013. So while Fordham will not contend for a League title, the Rams can try to maintain the momentum from last year's turnaround season as they get ready to compete for the League crown again in 2014.
