Norfolk State football coach Pete Adrian welcomed 18 new football recruits who signed national letters of intent Wednesday to play for the Spartans beginning this fall. The Spartans signed a large, balanced class that includes nine players who will likely start their NSU careers on defense, eight on offense, and one kicker/punter.
