The main one is fairly obvious with the banner in the header. You click that banner and it takes you to the NCAA's page on the NC game.
The FCS Wedge player is gone from the header. The link to the archived episodes can now be found down in the footer of the site. Click it and it takes you to the BTR page that lists all the previous episodes.
The Bracket is gone from below the navbar now. It is also now a link in the footer of the pages. Click it and it takes you the same place it always did.
All the other links that were in the footer are still there and still work the way they always have (i.e. the AGS Poll) link to vote etc.
