Portland State football has signed three student-athletes to National Letters of Intent for the 2013-14 academic year during the junior college early signing period. Linebackers Jake Woolley and Jeremy Lutali, and tight end Tyson Heller have all signed with the Vikings program. Woolley and Heller will be juniors in 2013, Lutali will be a sophomore.
