NATCHITOCHES -- A Thursday evening memorial service will be held at the Natchitoches Events Center for the 2011 Northwestern State football team's Defensive Most Valuable Player, Ricky Issac Jr., a Natchitoches Parish Sheriff's Deputy who died in an on-duty auto accident Saturday.
