For those wanting to see one more outlook on the playoffs before the brackets are announced, here is the College Sports Journal take on what the committee is facing.

Bummer for Illinois St just missing 2 years in a row if this happens.

Would have been nice to see if TnSU could have reverse it's late-season chokefest in the playoffs.

Well even if it had been 24 teams, Tennessee State still wouldnt have made it this year.

Under next years format, most likely bids would have went to some combination of Lehigh, No Arizona, E Kentucky, Richmond, Towson
