I would drop Indiana State, UNI, and Cal Poly some. I have no problem with UNI in the 10-20 range because like I said before they would beat the Big South, NEC, and Patriot League champs for sure. I also think App State should bump up some with UTC out of the top 25 and Harvard in the 25-30 range instead of top 20. Other than that it really isn't bad and it shows SOS more than anything. Harvard is the only team ranked in there that I don't think has played that tough of a schedule yet in the top 20.

Sometimes I wonder what computers think.

The real problems with all computer rankings is that they have to assign a number to Strength of Schedule. Chatty gets more points for losing to USF than ASU gets for losing for losing to ECU.

SOS is one of those things where you know it when you see it, but hard to put a number to.

This is getting comical! How does 7-2 Harvard with a SOS of 218 get ranked 18th when 8-2 UNH with losses to #20 ODU by 3 points and Minnesota and with a SOS of 186 get ranked 31st? UNH beat #17 Richmond (7-3) who has a SOS of 185. And how does Northern Iowa stay in the top 10 after barely slipping by 1-9 South Dakota by 3 points?

A contibuting factor to GPI, = SHSU getting a Seed

decembrist (well, novembrist) mistake. GPI determines nothing. Not even worth talking about.

It became comical weeks ago, according to this, UNI should be getting seed consideration for the playoffs.

Well we just went to the #1 team and only lost by 3. I am not into moral victories, but I do think we are pretty good. xbowx
