In the ags poll they are underrated by about 5 spots, SDSU is underrated by 8ish. Indiana state is about right. NDSU has gotta be everyones 1 or 2 at this point.

Yes to both. Jacks, should they manage to beat the Bison (always tough, but especially in Fargo), will likely be the MVFC AQ. Yes, Jacks need to win ONE of their last two. But USD, in Brookings for the first time since 2003, in front of a huge audience, should be a 20 pt winner.

I like the play-off projection that has SDSU hosting Wagner, then playing Il St. That would be a good set-up.

I place both teams in the 8-12 range with SDSU ahead of ISU-r.

Yes. The two teams we lost to both played the consensus #1 team in the nation and defending national champion to within 6 points. There are several teams ranked above Illinois State that I highly doubt would fare as well. MVFC deserves 4 bids.

I would say that it's hard to underrate a team that lost to Missouri State and got shut out by Southern Illinois, but then the #1 team in the country only beat those teams by a combined 10 points, so take that with a grain of salt.

look at the Sagarin that clearly shows the Valley as the top conf, same with the GPI. Yet the FCS and coaches have CAA and SoCon teams with 2&3 losses significantly elevated (5-10 spots) above SDSU, ISUr, and ISUb. It doesnt add up imo. Voters are living in the past, not 2012. IL state's D is nasty, and they deserve some respect.

Voters seem to pile CAA teams as high in the polls as they can as long as their still playoff eligible, significantly above Valley teams of equal quality. Hopefully the GPI will be used and remove some of this voter bias in tbe FCS poll.

Just look at SDSU, ISU & ISU in the FCS poll. This just isnt right.

I think it just it might be name recognition biased. If you were UNI or Youngstown State, you would be in your proper spots and those to team are still receiving votes for places in the top 25.
