Let's say:

Bethune-Cookman goes 2-1, loses to FAMU in "Florida Classic", ends 8-3 (7-1)
Delaware State goes 3-0, ends 8-3 (7-1)

They did not play head-to-head

Both would have a league loss to FAMU

Both went 1-2 with a win over an FCS opponent (BCU -> Alabama State, Delaware State -> VMI)

Who would get the autobid? xconfusedx

The highest Sagarin rating takes it, a coin toss if tied. It doesn't matter who B-C loses to except for how it affects Sagarin.

MEAC tiebreakers
1. Head-to-head (didn't play)
2. If a tie still exists then:
A. 6 points for an FBS win (0 for both)
B. 4 points for a non-conference FCS win (4 for both)
C. 4 points for a Division II loss (0 for both, total is a 4-4 tie)
3. Highest Sagarin ranking (currently B-C by 10 points)
4. Coin toss

Thanks.

Sag puts BCU at 149, Delaware State at 189, so it seems unlikely that it will be a factor. Delaware State needs BCU to lose twice.

Bethune Cookman is playing some pretty bad teams, they average out to a ranking almost 100 spots higher than BCU, so even if they keep winning they will keep dropping. DelState plays three teams that have better Sagarin ratings, so if the Hornets can win all three and BCU loses to FAMU it will be close. Probably not close enough, but it depends on how their opponents do.
