The numbers prior to the team name are his rating against all Division I teams. The number following the team name are his "Predictor" rating against all DI teams., a rating I prefer. But really 1 DI win and they are the 89th best team? I don't care who you play, records should have to do with rankings as much as SOS.

yeah really...it's almost like they are being rewarded for just playing difficult opponents, and no emphasis is put on actually beating them. hell if thats the case then asu should just schedule all BCS powerhouses every year. although UNI wont make the playoffs anyway so that ranking is worthless.
