12,136 in the Georgia dome for Ga St homecoming. Watched the feed the school had, there must have been a few thousand dressed up in red.

I was worried that the attendance would drop at ASU since we have come across some "rougher times" but the Rock keeps going strong with 25k plus every game. I guess they werent all bandwagon fans afterall.

So it looked like a Wofford home game at that point then?

Yeah, small fanbase. But the little school that could did today.

Wein Stadium looks great when its full or nearly full. Homecoming, great weather, opening of the new Kraft Sports Center (or whatever its called), family-friendly carnival stuff makes for a great setting. Throw in a marquee opponent... you get people to come.

Most went away disappointed with the result, though. :)

The problem was it really wasn't a sell out. There were plenty of empty seats, especially where I was.

The stadium could be completely empty and they would report about 6,000 based on how many tickets are sold or given away cheaply.

Really? I swear... even my wife looked at the pan shot of the stadium, and said "Why isn't anyone at the Harvard game?" On TV it looked like about 1,000 in attendance.

Ivy attendance has been shrinking for years, even for Harvard-Yale. Young (under 50) alums and undergrads don't care.

I am not sure how many fans were at Johnny Unites Stadium /Towson University on Saturday for the ODU game.

ODU Supports had around 20 charter buses with fans, the Band, Cheerleaders and Big Blue. I am just estimating that there were 1,800 ODU fans that traveled the 5 -5 1/2 hours to support the Monarchs. But to be truthful I was very surprised that there were only about 7,000 total at this game (approx. 1,800 from Monarch Nation). Not sure have not seen a box score for attendance. But I was shocked at the lack of support from Towson Fans......

Must have been BEFORE halftime...
So there were (my guesses) 9,000 at the end of the 1st Qtr, Then the other 2,191 (all students) came for the half time show, then the president pleas for the students to STAY and by plea I mean BEGS! Then by the time the game started back for the 3rd Qtr (even though they are leading at this point) the attendendance was 9,000 (probably 4k GSU and 5k FU) then by the start of the 4th, 6,000 (4k GSU and 2k FU)

But that's my guess

NDSU vs USD at Howardwood field in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Sioux Falls is about 240 miles from Fargo.

ATTENDANCE: 9,269

NDSU was well over 50% of the crowd which is decent for a road game. Probably something like 55-60% to 40-45%.

That is rough - the parking lot was more packed than it has been in years, especially 4 hours before kickoff, but all of those people certainly didn't make it into the stadium
